South Dakota cannabis testing requirements
South Dakota's Department of Health runs the medical cannabis program voters created in 2020; adult use is not legal. Every batch must pass testing at a registered cannabis testing facility before retail sale: THC potency, pesticides, microbials, mycotoxins, heavy metals and residual solvents. Labs must be working toward ISO/IEC 17025 before testing and be accredited within 32 months.
