Only what you choose to send us, and it goes to our inbox. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising scripts.

The contact form
The form isn’t switched on yet. Until it is, the contact page offers email instead.
The form asks for your lab’s name, state and type, what you need, a short message, your name and email, and a phone number if you choose to give one.
When you send it, the form goes through Web3Forms , a service that turns form submissions into email. Web3Forms delivers it to our inbox and may keep a copy for a limited time under its own privacy policy .
Booking a call
Online booking isn’t live yet. When it is, it will run on Cal.com , which collects your name and email, the time you pick and anything you write in the booking questions, then sends us the booking under its own privacy policy .
If you write to equilibriumscientific@gmail.com, or the form delivers your details there, your message sits in our inbox. That inbox is Gmail, run by Google under Google’s privacy policy .
What we do with it
We use your details to reply to you, set up the call, and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We don’t sell your details or pass them to anyone else, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
What we don’t do
- No tracking cookies, and no analytics or advertising scripts.
- No third-party chat widgets or social media pixels.
- The interactive tools run in your browser.
What any website sees
The site is hosted on Vercel , which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the service. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address the way any web request does.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while we’re talking, and for our business records if we work together.
Deleting your details
Email equilibriumscientific@gmail.com with “Delete my details” in the subject. We’ll delete your messages and form submissions from our inbox and tell you when it’s done.
